Hello People, Welcome to the Cullen to Cape Town Express!

Departure is set for the the end of June to Early July, paperwork and vehicle modifications permitting. With an estimated E.T.A. in Cape town approx 12 months later.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who have lent a hand, or pointed me in the right direction so far :- Richard & Jo Hepper for giving me custody of Maggie, (The Land Rover) and for all the help and advice Richard has found the time to supply me with.

Len Sara, Bob Doe and John Best for getting there hands on some very useful Equipment for me. (Oh yes, thanks Bob & John for your time in taking me backwards and forwards to Harrogate to look at Maggie).

Graham Cass for the excellent artwork you will see on the site.

Tony Cole for looking after the letting of my house for me. Anyone I've fogotten to mention "Tough!" no seriously thanks to everyone who has helped in anyway.

Latest news: 8/7/00 - I heard from Colin on Saturday evening.
He mentioned that all is going well. The Land Rover has had a few minor problems: Front wheel bearings needed looking into and the transfer case seemed to be grinding a bit.
